What are specialist projects? These are projects that are outside the usual commercial fit-out scope that most design and build businesses wouldn’t take on. Cre8tive Space, can and will and we will deliver exceptional results for the customer.
Cre8tive Space has delivered many residential schemes for its customers including the complete renovation of an Edwardian home including an extension, refurbishment of staff flats at a well-known private boys' school, refurbishment of rental properties for customers and residential boarding houses. We have in-house planning expertise to provide support and navigate complex planning permissions, use changes or highway issues. We can handle every aspect of a complete design and build property renovation, delivering exceptional quality designs and finishes to fixed budgets and programmes.
We all love animals here at Cre8tive Space and do love working with our veterinary customers. With a wealth of experience and expertise in this sector, we have designed and built a number of veterinary facilities in a variety of unusual buildings including converting a former post office into a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital, a grade 2 listed barn into another world-class hospital facility, and another listed barn into a physio and hydrotherapy practice. Mixing 200-year-old oak with a hydrotherapy facility (both steam and water) had it’s challenges, but Cre8tive Space, as always, found and delivered a solution.
We have converted a 6,000-square-foot industrial/agricultural building into modern staff welfare facilities for the grounds maintenance teams at a prestigious private boys' school, an office building into a bakery and even some disused buildings into kennelling and staff welfare facilities.
