Having been appointed by the landlord to carry out the CAT A works, Ignition chose to work with Cre8tive Space to develop the layouts, design and CAT B fit out of it’s new Farnborough Office. Moving from a smaller space on the same campus, Ignition had a need for additional room to continue to grow.
The brand identity was a key to this business who frequently host both customer and team events within the space. There was also a requirement to provide flexible work areas, private phone/team booths, large break out facilities, open plan offices, cellular offices and a number of meeting rooms. A complete new HVAC system was installed and connected to the BMS with dedicated cooling to the Comms Room. Digital meeting booking systems and screens along with integrated AV in all meeting areas to provide team members with ease of both securing a room of the right size and having the right tech available for any meeting. Bespoke signage was installed including the company logo and room names – all board games for a touch of fun.
The finishes were carefully selected and included manifested glass partitions and doors, a corporate blue kitchen, full height oak doors, new flooring including oak effect luxury vinyl tiles – and we even wrapped the WC cubicles and IPS panels giving the staff welfare facilities a completely new look and feel to them. New furniture was selected to blend effortlessly with existing furniture being relocated and repurposed. The end result is a beautiful, productive office with a great atmosphere and buzz!
